*First year football players and cheerleaders for the Monelison Bruins need to bring their Birth Certificate*
*ALL football players and cheerleaders need to bring proof of residency*
Sign Up Fees:
Football players: $75.00
Cheerleaders: $75.00 (Cheerleading Mascots will be $35.00)
*If you have more than one child participating in the program (in your immediate family), it will be $65.00 for the second child, $55.00 for the third child and any children after that will be Free.*
**Raffle tickets (or and an extra $30.00 fee) are also a required fundraiser for each football player and cheerleader that signs up. More information on raffle tickets can be found on our Fundraiser page**
